We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition in their original packaging.
- Electrical components, special-order parts, and items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return Log in to your account, go to your order history, and select "Request return." Once approved, you'll receive return instructions via email.
Refunds
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or wrong part, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
