Ordering

How do I know whether a part will fit my vehicle?
Check the fitment information in the product description and compare the listed year, make, model, engine, and other specifications with your vehicle. If you’re unsure, contact us with your year, make, model, engine size, and VIN before ordering.

Can you help me find the correct part?
Yes. Send us your vehicle details, the part you need, and any part numbers or photos you have. We’ll do our best to help you identify the right item.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We pride ourselves on fast shipping, please contact us as soon as possible for any order changed. We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order enters processing or ships.

Shipping

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders ship next business day. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx. Carrier depends on the item and destination, many of our products must be shipped ground service.

Do you ship outside the United States?
International shipping is handled when possible, and we are always happy to ship to international freight forwarders.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?
Contact us with any delivery issues. Keep the packaging and send photos of the item, shipping box, label, and any damage so we can assist you.

Returns

What is your return policy?
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Review our full return policy before installing or modifying a part.

Are original shipping charges refundable?
We refund full purchase price less original shipping charges. If you have any concerns about fitment please call to confirm.
